Critical Thinking Workshop
Class of 2009
The CQSB students were given an
actual problem that was incurred by
NASA and then asked to come up with
a solution to solve the problem.
Our CQSB thinkers received a thumbs
up from Taryn Tomlinson from Mission
Control.

WHERE I WANT TO BE !
Students from Q.H.S., St. Pat’s, and D.D.O. gathered in the video conference room at
Quebec High School for a critical thinking seminar.  This workshop was presented by
Ms. Taryn Tomlinson from the Canadian Space Agency. Students learned about the fault
tree problem solving analysis model.  Ms. Tomlinson challenged the CQSB students by
presenting them with an  actual problem that was incurred by NASA astronauts and
having them come up with the solution using this method of problem solving.
