Quebec High School - Pandemic Information Page
Message from the Doc.
| The Central Quebec School Board takes serious the threat of an H1A1 pandemic. We have begun to take precautions to insure a smooth running of the school in the case of an outbreak in our region. It is important for you as parents and members of the QHS community to be informed and that you read any documents sent home with your son or daughter. This information will be posted here on the QHS website as well. We have begun to encourage proper hygiene procedures with our staff and students in terms of hand washing, coughing and sneezing. It seems like a simple thing, but if not done can increase the risk of transfer of any illnesses. We would ask for your cooperation at home enforcing these procedures. | Attention Parents With the threat of an H1A1 virus on the horizon it is vital that when your child is absent from school that you inform the school. If you are leaving a message on the answering machine please ensure to give us as much information as possible as to the reason for the absence of your child. . |
